I had a wonderful stay at the apartments with a marvelous view of the sea. The apartment was new, clean, and very comfortable. The owner, who welcomed me with fresh water, sweets, orange juice. The location of the hotel is perfect, offering stunning views of the bay and the town across. It is also conveniently close to the famous Vai beach and just a short walk to the center of Sitia. The proximity to different beaches allowed us to explore and enjoy the beautiful coastline. The room was clean and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and accommodating, providing us with excellent service.
The parking situation at the hotel could be improved, as it was sometimes difficult to find a space due to some guests not understanding the concept of sharing the parking area.

The free Wi-Fi was a bonus! But the jaw-dropping view of the bay and city from our balcony takes the cake. With a car, we enjoyed the close proximity to Sitia's restaurants, stores, and beach. The location was great for exploring the region's attractions, including hiking and beautiful beaches. Checking in early was no problem, and the super clean apartment was serviced regularly. The value for money was excellent. We also loved the quietness of the surroundings and the kindness of the owner. this place exceeded all our expectations, and we highly recommend it for a couple of nights of relaxation and recharging.
